- Defrosting is the process of removing the ice from the frozen foods and to bring the temperature of the product to a normal temperature.
- Using this thawing method, small packages of frozen meat or poultry can defrost in one hour or less. For larger items, you should estimate about 30 minutes of defrosting time per pound of food. Once the food is thawed completely, you’ll need to cook it immediately.

- How long can I travel with the frozen products?
- Considering the weather condition of Bangladesh, you can easily travel for a hour or two with the frozen products from a shop and then keep it in a freezer at your home to be enjoyed at a later time.
